Meet the duo

We’re Alex and Mario – a DJ and chef duo from London blending music and food into one unique experience. What started as a house party has grown into AP’s Cookout: monthly events serving bold Tamil fusion dishes alongside live DJ sets, filmed for YouTube and shared with our growing community. We also review food, host private cookouts, and spotlight local Tamil culture through our videos and content. Our vision is to open a creative café-style space – somewhere people can chill, study, eat, vibe, or link up with friends. Music will shift with the mood, and Mario’s rotating menu will keep the flavours fresh from day to night.
